Working closely with the founders we undertook an holistic review of the SRM brand and marketing strategy to set the business up for its next stage of growth.
After talking with staff and customers we came up with new messaging and brand statements to reflect their unique positioning to the market. We also defined their employer brand ensuring a seamless approach.
Then we designed and built SRM a new website, developed a sustainable content strategy and wrote engaging copy. We also developed their social media strategy and manage their posting.
