I’m personally very proud to have achieved this top 3 Most Socially Engaged status again as I’ve been responsible for Robert Walters social strategy and started the business on this journey.
The accolade is awarded to recruitment companies who have built strong social engagement strategies. More specifically the ranking takes into account social reach, engagement, talent brand and content marketing power compared to competitor recruitment firms with over 500 employees.
Achieving this for the third year running is testament to the content driven strategy created which focuses on sharing high quality content with followers.
It’s particularly pleasing this year as two of the world’s largest recruitment companies were aiming for the no 3 position, showing that the quality focused strategy has been particularly effective and that it’s not all about having the biggest budget.
